During your session, you may be guided through simple movements called Mentastics®to help you become aware of your body and release any tension you have and/or asked to lie on a softly padded couch (fully clothed if you wish) to experience changes in your body and mind, as you are softly stroked, stretchedand rocked to experience relaxation and freedom like never before.
