What clients say:
It worked so fast! It’s like deep meditation. I did my exercises and it worked! Julie’s a miracle worker with magic hands. I beat last year’s time and it was easier too! I feel more in touch with “me” after a session. It’s like yoga but nicer because I had to do nothing. I seem to move more fluidly, feeling lighter, wonderful. It’s amazing how Julie always seems to find the problem and the “Ah ”spots even when you can’t find them yourself.
Since I started treatment with Julie Nicholls in 2002, my life has been transformed. My mind is more focused and my body feels like it did 20 years ago. I feel great! Having had chest pain for 30 years, despite being given a clean bill of health by the doctors, I tried some lifestyle changes as well as homeopathy and acupuncture, with little success, I decided in desperation to have a Body~Mind Coaching session. Why? Because Julie was willing to listen, offered good advice and made no promises. The 1st session had an almost immediate effect and by the 3rd session, I had made a significant improvement. I also began to realise that I could do something to make a difference. The process has been a revelation to me despite being unable to explain why the changes have happened. Since the treatment started the chest pains have pretty much disappeared. I have been breathing better and walking is easier, through improvements in my feet and fitness levels. I have been inspired to explore new things and have come to terms with my mother's issues. I feel I have achieved a great deal and I think I am beginning to realise what has been happening to me over many years. I feel more content today than ever before. I can now get on with my life and I have more fun and enjoy a monthly session to keep me in top shape. I cannot thank you enough for this. Bill Togni Director of Cardpos Europe Ltd. Dec 04
Dear Julie, I thought you might like to know how I have progressed since seeing you. I just cannot believe how much better I feel, nor how low I must have been before!! Thank you so much for your skill and understanding which helped me so incredibly. The light at the end of the tunnel got brighter and brighter and now the sun is out all the time!! My daughter came up this weekend and we got on so well, in a way that we used to. It was wonderful! She was so much better with me that it felt as if you had treated her too! She asked me what you had done and I told her that you had helped me recognise my own worth and commented on a few other things that we had discussed but did not mention the main hurt problem. Strangely I had waited for 3 years to mention the hurt and when the opportunity came at the weekend I found I did not need to open the subject and could walk forward with my head held high. Wonderful! Still hoping that the weight will fall away too. I have lost 2 lb this week so it’s a start! I will be sure to address any further problem with you in the future and not let it fester for so long. Patricia Kemp June 04 |
